What is the Trust Cryptocurrency Card?

The Trust Cryptocurrency Card is a virtual and physical payment card that lets you spend your cryptocurrency balances directly at any merchant that accepts Visa or Mastercard — worldwide. You don't need to manually convert crypto to fiat beforehand. The conversion happens automatically at the point of sale, using the real-time market rate.

How do I get my card?

To get your card, download the Trust app on your iOS or Android device, create an account using your email address, link your cryptocurrency wallet (Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or any compatible wallet), and your virtual card will be issued instantly — typically within 2 minutes. A physical card can be ordered from inside the app and will be delivered to your mailing address.

What do I need to sign up?

To sign up you need a valid email address and a smartphone. For a basic account with standard limits, no identity documents are required. For higher spending limits and advanced features, a simple identity verification (photo ID + selfie) can be completed in under 5 minutes directly in the app.

Is the card available in my country?

The Trust Card is available in 180+ countries worldwide. The virtual card is available globally wherever online Visa/Mastercard payments are accepted. Physical card availability depends on your country of residence. You can check availability during the sign-up process.

Wallet & Balances

Which wallets can I connect?

You can connect any major cryptocurrency wallet including Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Ledger, Trezor, WalletConnect-compatible wallets, and many others. The connection is read-only for balance checks and requires your explicit approval for every transaction.

Can I connect multiple wallets?

Yes. You can connect multiple wallets to your Trust Card account. When making a payment, you can choose which wallet and which cryptocurrency to spend from. You can switch between wallets at any time in the app settings.

Which cryptocurrencies are supported for spending?

We support 50+ cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), BNB, Solana (SOL), XRP, Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE), Polygon (MATIC), Avalanche (AVAX), Polkadot (DOT), Litecoin (LTC), Chainlink (LINK), Uniswap (UNI), Stellar (XLM), and more. The list is updated regularly.

How does crypto-to-fiat conversion work?

When you make a purchase, the exact amount in the merchant's local currency is calculated using the live market rate at that moment. The corresponding amount of your selected cryptocurrency is then deducted from your wallet. You'll see both the fiat amount and crypto amount in your transaction history.

Payments & Limits

Where can I use my Trust Card?

You can use your Trust Card anywhere Visa or Mastercard is accepted — online stores, physical retail shops, restaurants, hotels, gas stations, pharmacies, subscription services, and more. The card also works with Apple Pay and Google Pay for contactless payments.

Are there spending limits?

Basic unverified accounts have a default spending limit of $1,000 per month. After completing identity verification, limits are significantly higher. You can also set your own custom spending limits per day, per transaction, or per merchant category from within the app.

How long does a transaction take?

Transactions are processed in real time. The merchant receives payment instantly, just like a regular debit card. The crypto deduction from your wallet is reflected in your transaction history immediately after the purchase.

Can I use my card for subscriptions and recurring payments?

Yes. Your Trust Card works like any regular card for recurring charges. You can save it in services like Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime, and other subscription platforms. The charge will be automatically converted from your chosen cryptocurrency each billing cycle.

Security

How is my account secured?

Your account is protected by multiple layers of security: AES-256 encryption for all data in transit and at rest, biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID), two-factor authentication (2FA) via authenticator app or SMS, and real-time fraud monitoring powered by AI. We also offer instant card freeze/unfreeze controls.

What should I do if I lose my phone?

Log in to your account from any browser at trust-card.space and immediately freeze your card from the dashboard. Your connected wallets remain unaffected since we never store your private keys. Once you have a new device, reinstall the app, log in, and unfreeze your card.

Can Trust Card access my wallet private keys?

No. Trust Card never has access to your wallet's private keys or seed phrase. We use a read-and-spend authorization model — your wallet receives a spending request which you approve via the app. Your keys stay with you at all times.

Fees & Charges

What fees does Trust Card charge?

We charge a transparent conversion fee of 0.5% to 1.5% depending on the cryptocurrency used, applied at the time of conversion during purchase. There are no monthly maintenance fees, no card issuance fees for virtual cards, no inactivity fees, and no hidden charges.

Are there ATM withdrawal fees?

Physical card holders can withdraw cash from ATMs worldwide. A flat fee of $2.50 per withdrawal applies, plus the standard ATM operator fee (if any). The crypto-to-cash conversion uses the real-time rate at the time of withdrawal.

Are there foreign transaction fees?

No. There are no additional foreign transaction fees. You pay only the standard conversion fee regardless of where in the world you're making a purchase.

How do I report a fraudulent transaction?

If you notice an unauthorized transaction, immediately freeze your card in the app, then contact our support team via in-app chat or email at fraud@trust-card.space. Include the transaction date, amount, and merchant name. Our fraud team will investigate within 24 hours.
