This includes your email address when you register an account; your full name, date of birth, and residential address if you complete identity verification; government-issued identification documents (passport, national ID, or driver's license) submitted for KYC compliance; a selfie or photo taken during the verification process; your preferred cryptocurrency wallet addresses; and any information you provide when contacting customer support.
When you use our app or website, we automatically collect device information (model, operating system, unique device identifiers), IP address and approximate geolocation, app usage data and interaction logs, transaction history (amounts, merchant names, timestamps, currencies), and session data and authentication logs.
We may receive information about you from identity verification providers (to confirm the authenticity of documents you submit), payment processors, fraud prevention services, and publicly available blockchain data related to your wallet addresses.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Service Delivery: To create and manage your account, issue your virtual or physical card, process payments and conversions, and provide customer support.
